Conveyor Systems

The name conveyor is quite foreign to many people and does not mean anything to most people. However, when we ask people what a conveyor belt is instead of what a conveyor is, a factory image and a typical belt system conveyor immediately come to mind. There are many types of conveyors known as belt systems used by people to carry raw materials waiting to be processed in places such as factories, slaughterhouses and assembly shops.

Basic Conveyor Systems

Chain Conveyor: It is a type of conveyor that is preferred for carrying packaged loads, such as pallets or boxes, and is manufactured with steel construction and preferably using electrostatic powder paint.

Roller Conveyor: It is a type of conveyor, such as a chain conveyor, which is preferred for the transportation of materials in packages or in packaged form, and is manufactured with aluminum or electrostatic powder-painted steel construction, coated with rubber or PVC, and available in models with or without drive support.

Belt Conveyor: They are the most well-known and most commonly used conveyors by people, having the potential to carry products from boxed and packaged materials to bulk materials and designed to do almost any conveyor job. The only difference between them and the others is their chassis made of polyurethane or teflon.

Link Chain Conveyor: Gene her türlü kutulu ve ambalajlı ürünler için tasarlanmış olan bu ürünlerin tasarımı kullanılan Asetal veya Inox baklalı zincirler ile hasır bantlar diğer ülkelerden tek farklardır.

Slat Conveyor: These conveyors are based on a product transport system on pallets connected between chains produced specifically for conveyors. Their materials are no different from others.

Flex Conveyor: These special conveyors are made of plastic or steel pipes and sometimes are made of reels, with a scissor-like opening and closing system that allows flexible unloading of boxed products.

Telescopic Conveyor: These conveyors, which are used especially for loading transport vehicles such as trucks and lorries, are telescopically extendable conveyors with a fixed extension path, either belt or roller.
