Vertical shaft crushers are tertiary crushers used to crush, cubicize and obtain sand from hard and abrasive materials between 0-40 mm. They are produced in two types: closed rotor and open rotor. Closed rotor type vertical shaft crushers can be fed with stones of 0-40 mm max size.
