Non-Clogging Flex Screen Systems
Non-clogging Flex sieves are specially designed to prevent clogging that may occur in the lower layers during screening processes. These sieves are manufactured with horizontal mesh and polyurethane supports to prevent clogging.
These screens, which perform best at minimum hole diameter, lose their efficiency as the hole diameter increases. There are no blockage points caused by clogging and cleaning of the surfaces becomes unnecessary.
Flex Non-Clogging Screens are particularly effective in eliminating particles that tend to stick. They are manufactured from wire or polyurethane material at certain intervals, completely corrugated or flat. They are resistant to vibrations due to the springing principle of the wires and the effect of tension. These screens can be installed like standard square-hole screen textures.

Why Doesn't It Clog?

These screens, designed to solve the clogging problem, ensure that the wires located between two independent support bars do not hold the material during vibration. This ensures that the screens are not washed and the capacity is increased.
The horizontal placement of the wires allows the material to move without damaging the tops of the screens, which extends the life of the screen wire.
Depending on the silica status of the aggregate and the wire tension setting, the life of the screen wire is generally between 8-18 months. In addition, the distance between two bars should not exceed 250 mm, which is another factor that prolongs the life.
